How To Purchase A Home Warranty
Contact Southern Home Warranty at 1-888-404-5051 or here on our website to order Your Home Warranty. Once your Warranty has been ordered, you will receive a confirmation email, and you will receive a contract within 30 days of purchase of Your Warranty.
How To Make A Claim
Contact Southern Home Warranty at 1-888-404-5051 or email [email protected] to place a service request. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number, contract number, type of plan, and the problem you are having. Southern Home Warranty will send you a confirmation email verifying that service request has been received by our Maintenance Company. The Maintenance Company will contact you by phone to schedule an appointment time during normal business hours. When the Maintenance team member arrives at your home for the scheduled appointment, you will pay the Trade Service Call Fee, which varies depending on your Home Warranty Package.
